A five-bedroom home rented to one family produces one rent. Operated as a coliving house, the same property earns from each room — and the people living in it are screened, managed and accountable to us, not to you.
Demand in South East Queensland is steady: people arriving for work, contracts and study, and locals who want a proper house without a twelve-month commitment. We match them to properties we've prepared specifically for shared living.
One tenant, one payment
We hold the head lease in the company's name and pay weekly, whether every room is full or not.

Weekly cleaning of shared areas, scheduled maintenance, and repairs reported to you, not hidden.

Letting room by room means one person leaving doesn't leave the whole property empty for a month.

We walk the property with you or your agent and list anything we'd want addressed.

Standard residential lease in the company name, with the usual bond and conditions.

Handover
We furnish, photograph and fill the house — then you get a report and a weekly payment.
