The house

Five rooms across two levels, with the original timber floors and generous ceilings kept intact. The kitchen opens onto a covered deck that gets the afternoon sun, and the whole house is a short walk from the river, Gasworks and the ferry. Two shared bathrooms, a separate study nook on the landing, and a laundry with a proper washer and dryer. Most residents work in the city or study nearby, so the house is busy from seven until nine and quiet after ten.
